Can I swap my 3.73 rear end from a gt with a V6 3.15?

Can't seem to find a direct answer, but I was looking to swap my 3.73 rear end from a performance pack gt with someone's 3.15 rear end from a V6

Yes it’s a simple swap. If one is stick and one auto you will need the flange that came on your car to be swapped over to the new rear end otherwise they swap

If you look you might even find an iron cased 3.15 from manual transmission V6 model.
