2017 GT
OK multimeter results. On passenger side I get a 12v in the socket.. So tick. On driver side (broken side) nothing 0 reading in socket and wires behind into socket. So either it's the switch that controls lights maybe or this mystical fuse I can't find.

You highlighted part of your quote after I kinda paraphrased what you said, unbeknown to me. So I thought it was meant for me, as I was kinda confused as to why you would do that and add the “hmmmmmmm”

Did you check for 0 Ohms in either side of that same socket? One side should read 0 ohms.
