I don't have a pic of mine with the cap off but I'm curious what you are looking for? Mine has the white thread sealing tape on it.

I was hoping to see a oring on the top of the neck. Mine is leaking slightly.

Not sure what you mean...if it leaking, tighten it more or use some teflon tape to seal it up.

If it's leaking , it mite be too full ?

Its to full,their is no oring on that cap.Check and make sure your cap is not cracked anywhere.
