Have my GT in today for a four wheel alignment a week after installing the Pro Kit. The front right camber was -1.8 and needed to be adjusted. When I called Eibach (800-507-2338) they said that their GT did not need Camber Adjustment Bolts and refered me to SPC (800-525-6505) for more information. Talked to a tech at SPC and he told me to call an O'Reillys for camber bolts (part# SPP81280). $33

Anyone else had to do this to their GT with the PP?

I ordered my bolts from FSwerks. Haven't put them in yet or had aligned. I have been waiting on the Wheel hot kit from BMR and to see what other parts they have and install them before having my car aligned. But mine is off in the front about the same and the back is pretty bad but in three months i've only drove 900miles with no added wear so i can wait a little longer before i need to align mine.

The single most important part of this picture are the words in red inside the red ovals. Right behind that is "125 lb-ft".

That means don't let anybody get their air impact tools anywhere near these things. . . . . Seriously.

If they do get overtorqued, you just bought yourself a conversation piece or two for your desk, because as far as use in a car is concerned they're just junk.

But if you don't torque them enough, the adjustment can and will slip.

At least these are better than the 77 ft-lb crash bolts for the S197, but camber plates are still the preferred solution even for street driving.

I just ordered a pro kit from CJ Pony. This is the first I have heard about needing camber bolts....Can members who have installed them chime in on whether they needed these bolts installed or not? I just need to know if I should go ahead and order them.

On mine the camber was still within the OEM spec range after installing the Pro-kit. No bolts required. Yours is just outside, as the spec is -1.03 +/- .75 degrees. So -1.78 is max OEM spec. Near enough I would not worry about it unless the other side is nowhere close to the same.
