Below is my setup on AXE EX18's in 20x9 and 20x10.5 with 5mm spacers in the front and 255/35/20(f) and 275/35/20(r). Tires are Nitto G2s.

If you want maximum drop and you are going with 20s then get the MPSS. My overall tire size is roughly the same as the factory 19 p-zeros. The 20" MPSS are almost a whole inch smaller in overall diameter and will drop the car even lower. You can also turn the collar on the struts but you are limited by the overall tire diameter as too how low you can go in the front.

That is sick dude. I am going with AXE wheels as well. I have EX30's on the way. 20x10 ET42 all around. What offset are your wheels?

Can you air out in the rear with a 315? I was under the impression that 305 is the max you could go bagged...

I am installing mine on Tuesday, will post pictures once installed.
My wheels are 20x9 +32 and 20x10.5 +45
Conti DWS06 275/35/20 and 315/35/20.
Some people are running these tire sizes and it fits really well with bags.

You can but for instance my buddies setups I have done that eventually went to air had the tire rub up against the inner quarter panel a bit so they eventually changed to 295 or 305 tires.

Ok Paul,

So after pulling my hair out deciding on a tire size, I am 75% set on 275/35/20, which was your original recommendation I believe (should have saved myself the hassle, lol) Here's my question(s):

The 275/35/20 will be 7mm taller than my stock 265/35/20 (20" foundry), what is more of a hindrance in getting lower; the 35 profile (extra height of this tire), or the width of a 285/30/20 if I went that route?

I know a smaller diameter tire will theoretically allow for more lowering, but I feel the 30 profile of the tire is a little narrow for my tastes based on pics I've seen and WV roads aren't known to be great. Also, I feel like the same size or slightly larger diameter helps fill out the wheel well better, especially when you air it out pretty low and the bottom of the wheel arches are further away from the tire.

What's your thoughts?

P.S. - If I had to do it over again I think I should have went with the 20x8.5 wheel Axe offered up front which would have allow for a nice staggered setup. The wheels are already on there way....

Dont worry about it brotha, remember this is all a learning lesson and the best way to learn is to go through this ( ironically I just sounded like my father LMAO).

But seriously I went through this when I was learning the ins and outs of the setup so now you area step closer to being a wheel guru my friend 1252 thousand more steps to go but your getting close LOL.

Now personally I say do the 275/35 because its ok to be a tad taller, you just dont want to max out the width and have it catch the strut at this point.

Only thing I will say is when you are airing out make sure you keep a eye on the front wheel to ensure it wont catch the fender, but had a 9.5 upfront 275 tire laid frame and caught the fender ( it was a wide ass beefy tire though).

Remember me saying "If I had to do it all over again..."

Well my wheels came in with some damage. Some by UPS and some manufacturer defects. So now it has me wondering.....

Would I be better off I they will allow me to swap sizes, to do 8.5" ET 25 up front with say a 255/35 or 255/40 tire, and then I can try and run a wider 295 or 305 in the rear? Would this give me less potential issues with being bagged?

This wont be a daily driver just a nice day car, so I don't think I'm too concerned about tire wear.

20x10 +40 Rays Gram Lights 57fxx all around. 275/30/20 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2. 5mm spacer up front. My setup isn't very aggressive so i have no problem with rubbing, and i can fully air out the car.

We all know how badass the new Ford Mustang is and this bagged one raises things up a notch while lowering down on air with our new VFS-6 wheels.

25/45 offsets by the way guys.
Could I do a 20x10" ET25 in the front? Willtheyfit.com says it would stick out 6.4mm than the VF6 above that is running 20x9.5" ET25.

I dont mind a little noticable negative camber when it is slammed. I just wouldn't want to have a noticeable negative camber when at ride height.
