Just my opinion... if I was to order a convertible it would have fabric and the lightest grey possible. With you being in Florida I would think about how hot those black seats will be. Even with the cooled seats.

Cloth interiors can be very difficult to clean in a convertible. It accumulates a lot of dust and dirt when you drive around with the top down. The interior of my GT convertible gets dirtier in 1000 miles than my BMW sedan does in 8000 miles.

Bought my GT/CS new in August 2017 and enjoy it very much. Black is a challenge to keep clean but there's not a better looking car when shined up IMO. I do like the subtle differences this car has, front grill, rear spoiler, striping, etc. It's been garaged since November and very much looking forward to taking it out come mid April.
