That's easier said than done for body types skewed much toward ectomorph....maybe even inspire you to come up to a healthy 'avg' weight yourself.
That's been the story of my fitness life - I've never been able to add much muscle mass, and I've been lifting weights more on than off for over 50 years (I'm not quite 68). Maybe if I could have justified a regimen that crowded everything else out of my life for extended periods of time, I might have added a little [temporary] bulk.
If it matters, probably the strongest I've ever been was about 10 years ago at 5'-10 and maybe 165. The fittest since high school, 30 years ago at low 150's. Won't tell you today's stats, but I do need to pick up the weights again, put a couple of fitness-level routines together, and lose a few lbs and waist inches.
