It is an awesome car. I hate to discourage you but it could be a nightmare if it got really wet. I had a 2004 GTO that I swamped and fixed. I had electrical gremlins until I changed out the whole engine harness.

Remember......Carfax only reports REPORTED damage insurance claims. If a car was never titled, self insured or rental fleet, when damaged it could be as far as totaled, rebuilt or flooded and no one would know.
