bumper sag , whipple equipped?

I have a 2016 gt . and Im experiencing bumper sag on my current model. will I have any flack from ford or pushback on getting it fixed since I have a whipple installed ?

My rear bumper looks like it has come unclipped. I want to take it in but chances are they will hurt something else.
