I always take a flexible stick lighter and go along the joints, if the flame is blown out it is leaking (lift / inspection pit is recommended).

Brushing Holt's Firegum into the joints makes sealing easier.

No, if you want more HP, get a tune.
If you need your Bullitt faster accelerating , get the US spec diff gear ratio in first place.

Considering that you don't have the Autobahn without speed limits in France, I would swap the differential gears for the short ratio from the US model.

thanks for the info.
It's true that the gear ratios aren't great in EU models 2+3 and nothing else :-)
I've already made a tune optimization. 457->475hp with E85

I am OK with the gear Ratio, 200 km/h @ only 3000 rpm on the Autobahn is nice.
But I am not looking for performance.
Get the other diff gearing, better results than anything else you could do.
