Topless: Now I am getting worried...my convertible finished Production on 10 Feb, and has been sitting in Production since then (Confirmed by Rachel). Your Vert finished both Production AND Awaiting Shipment on the 18th. I guess my car has decided it doesn't want to leave Flat Rock until Minnesota warms up 20 or 30 degrees!

As much as I was hoping it wouldn't happen I will be making my first car payment before I get my car 3/2.

Cotus says my car has "6 days left", maybe ford is going to have a dealer prep it while flying it in a cargo plane then parachuting it into my parking space.

So you already bought the car before it was even built? I thought it was illegal for a dealer to sell you a car without a VIN?

I didn't buy the car outright, I used a trade-in as the down payment, financed some more, and will pay cash for the rest when it shows up.

I got the loan earlier because I didn't want to risk financing being an issue that would slow down the purchase.

I got third party 1.99% (4 year) financing that was not tied to the car (unsecured) for the amount over my 1/3 cash down. When I applied 1/3/15, I thought I was driving to LA (5 hours) that week to buy a car. I ended up a few days later 'ordering a car ' for a much better discount. I had to accept/ use the loan before 30 days passed. So I knew my first payment wold be 3/5 though my EDD was 3/13/15. NO worries. It gets paid off a month earlier.

Still waiting here, 4 days later. EDD is still 3/15, but I'm stretching that to a couple weeks after that.

I go on vacation from March 16-25th. I hope it doesn't come in around then. i want it to come in after cause when they call ill be down there the next day to make the deal.

Same here. Got a PM back from her stating that my car is still showing "in production" on her side and to check back in a couple days if my status doesn't change.

You know, I bet our cars is a part of the mess from a couple weeks back. I wonder what happened that wanted them to hold these cars back?

I'm gonna be patient for now and see what happens after I come back from vacation. If my car isn't here by end of March then I'll be looking for other options.

Spoke with my dealer this afternoon. To date their data has been behind, lagging what Ford Service (Rachel) provided. As of today however, things are starting to line up, in fact my dealer informed me my car is in Kansas City. They told me starting today, I can receive daily updates on the whereabouts of my Mustang. They were not able to provide an ETTX rail car number yet though. My cotus EDD match's the dealer, 3/8(subject to change). I am fortunate considering some of the delays we are starting to read about on the blog here. Hope relief is quick for those of you in delay. I am also very thankful for the help Rachel and Ford Service has been providing for all of us coping with our instant gratification issues.
