How can i get the build number and build date info for my car?

I would call my local ford service and ask them to look under PTS/Oasis to tell me build date, its on there

or it would be on the window sticker if you got that

Build numbers for non-special editions aren't typically tracked.

ask the service department at ford for a "vin explosion" thats gives you more in depth details on the whole engine, production etc
