I believe trogdor is referencing the Ford's fleet distribution news bulletin. Ford must have sent out an update recently because last I heard it was still 8/11 (which obviously got delayed). Based on trogdor's older posts I'd say he has access to these so I trust what he says.
I just wanted to see the bulletin itself :)

Very nice
When did you order? Is it showing up in COTUS?
Not showing up on COTUS...never has even though I have a VIN from my dealership.
You have a VIN for an Ecoboost Premium? When did you order?
Two weeks from build to delivery?

Don't count on it. I hate it when dealers say this kind of stuff and get your hopes up. I would expect an early NOVEMBER delivery with that build date and if you get it at any time before that it will seem better that way. :)
I've been saying for two weeks now that Job 1 is set for 9/22.
But don't count to see your vehicle any time before end of October.
It should not take two months from the build week until delivery.
Job 1 started yesterday and has shown as 8/18 per the FDNB's.
I don't see a 8/18 update anywhere in the thread?
Hey Y’all,

The tracking website is still in pilot phase so there is a possibility that it may or may not function to its full potential.

My tracking system will always have the latest updates.

If you ever want to double-check on your order just shoot me a PM and I’ll be glad to provide you with the current status.

I’m also enjoying reading about the trips that will be made to pick up your sweet rides.

I know the wait is the toughest part but it will all be worth it. Plus, I’m here to get you through this and of course remind you to breathe in and out slowly to calm your nerves. :p

Hang in there guys! :clap2:

Thanks Tricia! I sent you a PM the other day. Hoping my Mustang arrives before the snow does here in Michigan

I believe the 9/22 date is when retail orders will first schedule to. Currently production is booked through the week of 15 Sep. With OKTB on the 9th, scheduling will pick up RO's to schedule against commodities starting with the week of the 22nd. The first DS commodity lot entered production yesterday.

Me too. I won't complain if he wants to post it :)
You know I'd love to post it, but I don't want to get into any hot water. A user on BOF posted the FDNB from 8/08 and it stated that Job 1 date is 8/18 and I can tell you that that date has not changed (same date in the 8/15 bulletin).

I have to stock units on order and both show 9/22.

Completely understand. I just saw his post too...

"According to yesterday's FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) the 2015 Mustang Job #1 Date was pushed back from 08/11/2014 to 08/18/2014. In 28+ years I don't recall a Job #1 date being pushed back so close to the scheduled date. Interesting!"

Look at Casey Jackson in Ga, some of his stock are in production. My car shows 9/1, there are a bunch scheduled for week of 9/22, I said I only believe they will schedule retail out starting that week from the 9/11 allocations. They may push to 9/29, IDK? Even though no constraints were issued, I suspect a small problem appeared in addition to letting the 2014s sell out longer(taking a factory pause in the name of Fusion).

So if I'm a dealer stock, priority 20, but job 2...when can I expect it? My dealer/fleet manager told me November. Any thoughts from the experts here?

I'm fairly sure, everything shifted a week. Job 1 moved to 8/18, my build week moved to 9/22, so it seems certain Job 2 is now 9/29 since there's a number of others that have a build week of 9/22 as well.

I've not heard anyone state anything past 9/22 yet, so I believe their scheduled through the week of 9/22.

Ever since people started posting pictures of in production, I have settled down a little bit. It now seems that we are coming up on the time where we can all have our vehicles. 2 months down the road isnt such a big deal. Plus now it gives us incentives to start saving a little more for a down payment :)

It was a union thing. The plant shut down for one week due to Fusion production. You can't split the Fusion workers from the Mustang workers during a plant shut down. Doing so is a grievance waiting to happen.
