How about me Rachel????? No word yet! Sent you a PM this morning!
And me too, pretty please. :) I had sent a PM as well.
I replied first thing this morning, NEED2015GT and mazamuda! :)

Rachel: I find it mystifying that you as a member of Ford Service and a primary spokesperson to a multitude of Mustang 'owners' cannot get much more information out of Ford than the poorly operating COTUS!
Some Forum members have suggested that it might have been better that COTUS had not been made available to the public. But at least a little bit of information is better than a blanket statement that would say "yes, we have your order, but we aren't going to tell you anything about when your Mustang might arrive". Without COTUS (and you) I would have been preparing to cancel my order next week.
I understand what you're saying, tsunami; I'm not at the plant though. The information is proprietary to the plant, and it's at their discretion to share. I do know there were about 4,000 vehicles on hold, and they have started both being released and shipping out.

COTUS has not been officially released to the public, but has rather taken on a life of its own. We understand that it may not be completely up-to-date or operating to its full potential, but have chosen to allow it to continue to be used as its being developed.

I'm glad you're giving us a chance; you're welcome to check with me any time for an update. :)

Mine was in production 2/9-2/10 has been "in transit" since 2/10. I only live 15 miles from the Flat Rock plant. I ordered a convertible, so I thought maybe that's why I was being held back a little longer. My EDD was actually 2/21. I no longer have an estimated delivery date- I am now "expired". When I spoke to my dealer about it, he contacted his rep and they stated that there was a "Plant Campaign Hold", and that my Mustang was a part of that hold. They gave me no timetable of when the hold would be over.
The original time frame that was given to us has already passed, CrystalCheer22, and I wasn't given another one. I do know that the plant is working hard to get the orders released and we are seeing them both released and switching officially to "In Transit."

I'm also available to help track your order; if you'd like me to do so, please send me a PM with your VIN. :)

Hey Rachel, I sent a PM yesterday as well. I have not gotten any further word from my dealer and if i wasn't a forum member, i would not be aware of the QC hold.

I replied this morning, MustangFan27. I do my best to respond to PMs the same day, but am generally about one business day back right now. Our standard is to respond within two business days; I prefer to answer much sooner than that, if possible.

The information about the 4,000 vehicles on hold came directly from the plant and doesn't show on the tracker that the dealer and I both use.

I'm hoping mine will be moved into "In Transit" soon.. as now that its March, i'd like to get it within the next three weeks ( even though the EDD is 3/15) :ford: :clap2: :clap2::hail:

Yikes. That sucks man. My build date was 2/5, and I received the car on 2/23. Convertible also. Hope you get it soon brother.

You're the best! Don't let my impatience say otherwise, we all know how awesome this car is and no one can wait. That just speaks volumes to the direction of Ford. Thank you for the response and your excellent customer service. :ford:

Thanks, Stam616 and MustangFan27! :D

I know the wait has been killer, but it will totally be worth it when your Mustangs are home. :clap2:
