^^Yuck. Besides being (imho) ugly, if you get any grit in there, its OVER for your paint.

I will be installing a clear bra. I like the screen idea too. I have some black heavy duty screen left over from a window repair....
You don't leave it on all the time. I just use it when I'm going out of town, crap on the interstate is what causes most paint chips. And in Florida we have Love Bugs, you find them on the back roads between cities. They are like little clouds of living mush. And the Bonus is their little juicy carcasses turn caustic and etch your clear coat in less than 24 hours. :mad:

So come on down from New York and worry about grit. And we can see how well your clear bra does.

Road dogs bra might be ugly but it's better then bugs splattered all over the front and peppered stone chips everywhere. It's removable not a permanent fixture. He can easily remove it once he gets to his destination
