Brakes Rough after Storage

I finally got my 2023 out of storage. This is the 3rd winter that I have stored it and the first time this happened.
I noticed that the brakes are "rough" when braking. I'm assuming that I got some surface rust on them or something. However, this has not happened the last two winters. Maybe this year was damper?
I'll get the tires off and take a good look this weekend, but has anyone experienced this.

Yes, This is very common. If it goes away after a short drive it should not be an issue.

Give it a good Italian tune up to clear out the intake valves and clean off the rotors.

I took is out at lunch today. Seems to be just the front. Did not do it, when I put on the parking brake. Hopefully it settles out a bit after I drive it.

Hello; rotors can flash rust in a day or two. i have learned the hard way to not use the parking brake on my old Sentra if park it in the garage after driving in the rain. I do not know if the Mustang parking brake uses pads pressing on a rotor but if so, that is a first guess.
On my Sentra I have had the pads rust to the rotors so I have had to use some force to break the rust free. By using reverse gear. made a loud pop when the rust broke loose. Left an image on the rotors for some time.
All the rotors rust but the front usually just makes a scraping noise. Lasts only a few brake applications for me.
