Hi there

Got myself new two-piece disc en-route and as such I wish to do things correctly and fit new pads with them also and not just use my old pads.

As such I find the stock pads are fine, good braking power, low noise, my only issue is they are quite dusty.

So any low dust pad recommendations for a GT PP car that offer same braking power to the stock items please?

G-LOC makes a pad for street performance that is supposed to be low dust. http://www.opmustang.com/store/p61/store/c5/BRAKES.html

Send a PM to Tim Optimum Performance to learn more. I'm going to switch over to these when I get my new wheels. I'm tired of cleaning brake dust of the stock PP wheels all the time.

I would like to know too! I love the stock pads but cleaning the wheels every two days is getting old.

Well those are kind of pricey ($500. all around). Any other Brembo front and regular rear options for low/no dust? Thanks!

I went with Powerstop Z23 Evolution front Brake Pads (Ceramic). I did just the fronts on my PP GT as the brake dust was killing me. Stock pads would dust up the wheels in an hour, but these are good for 2 weeks or more. They are not quite as edgy as the stock pads, but braking is still very good. I do not feel like I have lost any braking performance, although they do not have that same initial bite (through you the the windscreen bite) that the stock pads have. I got the fronts set of $52.78 shipped.

For $ 226 delivered , Brakemotive on Ebay has zinc coated cross drilled n slotted rotors and ceramic pads . Same rotors n pads PowerStop sells for 1/2 the $. They actually have PowerStop dirrections in the box . Have them on my car and am very pleased . Stop good , quiet , and very little dust.
