The GT350 sound level is perfect with it open. Loud for sure, but it's so nice that you can start it in quiet mode and not upset anyone.

Edit: now listening to it on good speakers, your 2nd video sounds a LOT like the GT350 does in car.

I am having the hardest time trying to find the perfect sound with these 5.0's. My 03 Cobra, it was the Borla Stinger, no question (in my opinion, of course).
This is how I feel. This motor doesn't make it easy.

So I just got done adding the bullet mufflers to my MBRP street and it DEFINITELY helped with the rasp and didn't reduce the overall volume by much at all. There is still some rasp that I would like gone so I may take my other H-Pipe and try adding in the Borla like you did, or some longer mufflers. I really like the deep tone of this exhaust but just need to dial out the damn rasp. I think you have to work to really get the sound you want on this car.

Todd,
Looking back at this again, I wish I could hear the Roush AB + FR X-pipe + M-80's. I love the tone of the X vs the H, and the M80 + Roush might get me to a sound level I'm ok with.

In all honesty, the H really didn't change the tone much at all with the Roush AB's.

I was expecting a much bigger tone difference after getting the X removed for the H but it really didn't happen.

Interesting. I'm really liking the FRPP touring catback more and more, and since all I'd need is the axle back to replicate it I'm tempted. The Roush is great sounding too, but I think just too loud.

The only catback I've heard in person is the Borla S-Type, which sounds great, but I'd want a bit less volume. It sucks, now that I have a resonator delete, my only option is crazy loud or experiment with mufflers lol.

Buy 3" pypes m80's and weld them where stock resonator goes. I do this on every car and it sounds soooooo good
