I've been waiting 215 days for my kit to ship. Still no tracking #. My guess is Travis is giving me full hot & cold coating for free? I'll be pissed if he ships my kit incomplete. James said there are boxes of turbos laying everywhere. I'm positive my order is the oldest he has

My friend you are the most patient person I know. This is absolutely rediculous at 215 days now. Good luck brother.

I have a BES racing sleeved long block, Billet winberg crank, billet Manley ibeams, Ross pistons, custom turbo cams, cnc dimple ported heads, Ti & inconel valves, it was built for this kit. I'll get my kit very soon, Travis may actually call me to verify it has shipped first of the week. Or I'll fly there & get my money back. His new fab guy, James has been keeping me in the loop.

I can't wait to see the results on your set up. We will probably be doing our install at the same time.

James is cranking out the kits! Guys, these new setups are awesome.

I'm not sure if it's my position to say, but I promise you at this point Travis is making virtually no money on these turbo kits(maybe even losing). His old fab guy not only used nearly a year of good pay, all that work he did was just wasted material. Travis and James had to completely start over on manifolds, jigs, down pipes etc.

Travis is stressed, upset, and is doing his absolute best for you guys that already paid to get you the best Twin turbo kit on the market. He is up at the shop till 9-10pm(ive been there helping/moral support to 2-3am) at night working on cars. He really doesn't answer phones because he is in the back working on these turbo kits and customer cars. He knows and agrees y'all have every right to be upset, but I think ultimately the end result will blow y'all away.

If the fab guy left causing a labor problem, why don't they just offer refunds and then work on the kits at a more leisurely pace? Stressed, upset, and staying late until 9-10pm or 2-3am and not answering phones doesn't sound like a good plan.

It's the hump, and he now starting the downhill drive. Soon there are about to be a lot of very happy customers..

They used my car to rejig some of the parts and test fit. 1st time to the drag strip I ran a 147mph in the 1/4 and I still wasn't full boost or able to go through throttle on the basic kit everyone is getting.

He didn't just leave, he built 10K worth of product that didn't fit, and THEN left in the middle of then night with his tools when we started shipping these things and they didn't fit.

So, essentially, we bought and paid for product to build kits, paid our guys to build them, and one rogue/lazy employee screwed it all up. So, I made the decision to pull money from our company's resources in order to make all new parts. We also had to find another talented fabricator, re-jig everything, and start over from scratch. The result is that folks had to wait. Some got refunds, and others decided to wait it out. We understand both trains of thought there, and I've taken my licks when they come.

We have never failed before.. so, this was a tough blow for us. But, I'm proud of how our guys responded, and just how hard everyone has worked to get us caught back up. It hurts to see something you've worked so hard to accomplish get screwed up because of someone who was lazy or just flat out didn't care about their job, craftsmanship, etc. But, at the end of the day, WE are responsible as a company. Not the employee. Still in all, I owe you guys an explanation. I have a huge post coming shortly explaining the changes we've made in great detail, not only to our staff and process, but also the design/fitment, along with some HUGE power numbers. We have kits on the shelf, and we'll keep adding. So, no more waiting!

And yes, working long hours sucks, but we do what we have to do to get the job done.

Anyway, I'll add more in a larger/broader post later.

He was literally hiding messed up parts under the fab table. We found them after he quit. They hang on the wall now as a reminder of what not to do.
