Thanks a lot for explaining this, I am not very experienced with engines so this helped a lot! I think it's a mix of both. Expectations and issues. My car so far seems to have been built on a bad day. Lots of things loosened, rattling sounds, it opens windows by itself... Now a strange engine sound started to occur ( http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33931 ) So I am a lot more sensitive to anything that happens and to any strange noises or behavior....Are you sure that this isn't an expectations thing? Like, you thought it would feel faster than it is?
Also, there is something you need to understand about the boost. The ECU tune is designed to create engine torque. It is not designed to make a specific amount of boost. If the air is not leaking but you see the boost is not very high, that doesn't mean there is something wrong. When the air is cooler it needs less boost. You are also running fuel that is better than what we can get in the US. It may be able to advance the spark timing and need less boost.
Also, the mapping of the accelerator pedal can affect how the engine feels. If you have a performance package you can change the drive mode to Sport and it will be more sensitive. So it will ask the engine to make more torque with less pedal.
I will have the car dyno'd this week to see what's what.
