I can't decide what colour to spray my bonnet vents :(

My bonnet

Do I go for black bonnet vents, so they stand out...

or do I match them to the rest of the car ?

Black would be my choice without doubt, on the basis that I'd be fitting them for aesthetic reasons rather than practical ones!

They just look good... so who cares if they actually do anything!

I prefer the subtle look of body coloured vents, a good example is the Vantage V12, black vents look naff in my opinion.

Body colour, don't make it look like a boy racer project.

Black should only be on a white or a yellow mustang in my opinion

Due to the FACT that you have the best and fastest colour, they have to be matched:D

I'm keeping mine body colour for the time being, I am toying with the idea of matte black at a later stage to match my Super Snake stripe

Agree with body colour vents. Black looks good on the lighter coloured cars but the darker metallics defo look better colour matched to the pain IMO

When I first had the idea in my head I was adamant they were going to be black but when I actually started looking at examples I moved more towards blending them into the bonnet for more of a stock look.

Going for body colour (race red) when mine are fitted next week. If I had glossed all the black bits on the car I may have gone with gloss black as Steve Mander is doing (along with others). I think on my car (and yours) body colour will be best :)

I wasn't planning on gloss black, it would have been more of a matt black to match the rest of my car.

I'd recommend getting them spray painted the same as the car and get them wrapped in matt black and enjoy them for a year then get rid.

This is assuming you can still remove the vents.

Will be spraying them guard.

You can remove the vents but you'll be left with speed holes :D
