Have read about this on the US forums but wondered if any UK owners have noticed this. At motorway speeds my bonnet begins to shake slightly as air no doubt causes turbulence underneath. Some people reckon that zip-tying secure the front undertray section under the radiator helps and I imagine fitting bonnet struts may help too. I don't think there's any danger of it opening it's just a bit annoying!

Yes, noticed this. I have gas lifts and it still does it. Its the single central catch thats the issue.

I have it too.

Ive had it on a few cars.

Ive fitted struts, which made zero difference.

I wouldnt worry, I dont!

I think a lot of cars do it but you can't see it as the bonnet isn't as noticeable unlike the Mustangs. I actually enjoy seeing it to be honest, maybe i'm just odd tho.

Noticed it on my 1st drive... gets worse when it's windy... I put it down to how thin every panel ision the car... bonnet and wings being aluminium... the rest being tin foil... :p

Probably why it dents so easily too...

You can adjust the two rubber 'stoppers' under the bonnet, I think you turn them anti clockwise and they rise higher. In theory, I suppose this makes a 'tighter' fit but not sure if it does much in practice.

The other extreme (you have to drill the bonnet!) method would be to fit some bonnet clips. I've seen some modern style clips ("push button hood pins") on this forum somewhere that are pretty subtle, just a round body coloured circle showing.

The first time I saw mine wobbling, I found it pretty shocking. Six months later, I'm just used to it now and accept it's all part of the 'Mustang experience'.

It isn't wobbly; that's the pony getting excited at being let loose on the open road!
