On a scale 1 to 10 if the stock bushings are a 1 and solid aluminum bushing are 10 where would you put the poly and the delrin bushings.
Personally....assuming the only change is either the BK048 or BK047...
BK048 Delrin: 6 (on high side)
BK047 Poly: 4 (on high side)
Can't really notice much, with only the diff bushings replaced. Heck, Aluminum Cradle only would likely be at the "6" level as well.
And in terms of NVH are the delrin noticeably louder than the poly?
Not much.
Have to tried the different cradle bushings with the stock rubber differential bushings?
Yup! Of course. All of them.
Is the differential making more NVH or the suspension.
Diff - no question about it.
But even more pronounced is the slop in the halfshafts and driveshaft.
The cradle bushings isolate the suspension from the chassis and the differential but the differential bushings only isolate the differential.
Correct, but don't forget the differential is connected to the driveshaft, which is connected to the trans, which goes to the clutch and engine.
Your prices are super reasonable on all these kits.
Absolutely. Years of making our process as efficient as possible will do that. We don't gouge, and we actually drop prices as the cost goes down when we sell more / build in larger batches.
