BMR rear sway bar problem

I recently installed the rear sway bar from BMR. I set it to the stiffest setting and the thrust washers that you install next to the bushing on the inner bar seems to be wedged in between the bar and the body of the car once the car is off jack stands.

Any ideas.? Because it is very annoying hearing tapping every time I hit a bump

I was looking at it and comparing it to the picture of the instructions and i think I have to swap around the ends.. the bar curves down in the center but the picture it curves upward in the center

Crisis adverted... Took everything off and put it back on and actually torqued.. everything is good

I was thinking about doing just a rear bar replacement, do you notice the handling difference?
