The rear sway bar for the gt350 is the same diameter as the pp Gt, however it says the arms are shorter which would give a higher rate. Has anyone done this to a gt and noticed a difference?

It's the shorter arms and a thicker wall that give it a higher rate. Base GT350 bar has thicker wall than GT PP, but same arm length.

The PP bar is a mild upgrade over the base GT. I'd expect the Shelby bar to be another mild upgrade over the PP. All of the aftermarket options are certainly stiffer (and adjustable).

Most certainly you can get any aftermarket bar that will be better than a 350R, for less coin.

I have found on ford parts.com that the bar is 72$ for the R bar.
