Anyone else had this issue?2019 GT. I stripped it all down including taking o/s front wheel and liner off to get to reservoir.a bit of crap on filter before pump but that was it.took the hood liner off, no kinked lines but water just dribbling from jets.
Took jets off and soaked in vinegar overnight.now have mediocre flow from one side and if I swap that one over it works the same on other side so definitely jets.
Dealer said if jets are blocked not covered by warranty so thought I would give it a go.$7 for jet in USA not priced them up but I bet it's going on 30 quid over here....

Do you have access to an ultrasonic cleaner ? The fact that vinegar helped suggests something has built up on the inside, ultrasonics seem to be good at rattling loose and breaking down hidden stuff like that.

Common problem in a lot of cars, usually related to bacterial or algal growth that forms a slime then calcifies. Mixing washer fluid types can also cause a problem.

The nozzles are not expensive and almost certainly a quicker option than trying to clean out what you have.

I got mine for cleaning my bike chains before re-waxing them, but since having it it's come in really useful for a lot of other stuff :like:

Bumping this thread.

When I hit my washer stalk, the pump runs, I get a quick squirt, then nothing. I can't imagine it's an issue with the nozzles being clogged, as the fluid wouldn't make it out at all, right?

Any ideas?

Unplug before the nozzles and see if liquid comes out. If it does, it's the nozzles. If it doesn't its maybe debris in the washer bottle like algae.

When I installed the hood struts I accidentally crushed the hose where it pops up from the fender which i had same issue, have a look there as it's a pinch point.

Mine just fell off one time, so might only be that, which is a relatively easy fix. I put it down to either ice in the winter (forcing them off?) or the Ford garage not putting them on very firmly when they replaced the bonnet (had the corrosion issue).
