Blend date poll

I searched and couldn't find one. I was curious for statistical reasons what the spread would look like for blend dates. For example, are just as many built on Monday and Friday as are built on the other days of the week.

I was able to figure out that much, but is the blend date the same as the build date? I would assume if it was the build date they would just say build date so I am thinking it means something else?

From what I gather the "build" is usually just assigned a week and "blend" is the actual date they start. My build date (read week) was 02/02/2015 but my blend date is 02/03/2015.

My dealer told me. I think some on here asked Ford Customer Service.

I have a PM into customer service. Dealer told me EDD for the week of 2/9 and COTUS says 2/23. Some said the dealer could have my build date confused, but my blend date is 2/4.

My experience with blend date is the following
Blend#: 120150126
Cotus moved to in production on 1/20/15
Finished on 1/26 for awaiting shipment.
I gather that whole number is the build timeline: 1 20 15 - 01 26 (15)

It is on the top of your window sticker. Your dealership and Ford Service can get the info too. The window sticker is available 6 days before your actual build date.

The blend date is your build date as all your car is blended together.
Mine was Monday 11/10. There was a lot in our build week with Monday builds.

Yep that seems a bit off. Mine took about five days on the train after it caught one. Took a few days to get on a train.

11/25 it arrived. It sat in the lot after it came off the train for a few days. I actually went to a dealership North of Philly. I have a great friend of a salesman that really made the process painless.

The whole process is in my sig. It was 13 days from going "in transit" to being delivered.
