I was driving to Costco this afternoon and saw the Toyota dealer next to it. All I can say is that I was heartbroken. Could not believe my eyes. I can believe that someone would trade their LE.BTW, the car has the FR cat-back exhaust with the black tips

Maybe they paid him a lot of money for it like that other guy on here..? I don't ever want to sell the H1, but if somebody walked up to me and offered me $50k I'd be looking for another one real quick!

I highly doubt that. More than likely they had a life event that they had to downsize i.e. divorce, loss of job, sickness. It's a shame. Knowing that the limited editions are rare, I'd try and milk as much money on the trade in as possible.

Yeah, but if you are desperately trying to recoop money fast, you let it go. I'm sure the dealer payed him 37 tops for the car.

If the person had the luxury of time, he would have sold it through here or many other enthusiast avenues.

Never know. My neighbor bought his C7 with 375 miles on it, used. The original owner bought it in SC, drove it home to GA, and his wife told him to take it back or she was leaving. He took over a $15k hit because my neighbor bought it for $15k under MSRP! Unbelievable deal for one of the first Stingrays in SC.

I traded my LE. At least it was for a GT Premium w/PP. I love these cars, but the LE was just the wrong car for me. I'm looking forward to all the mods I wasn't willing to do to LE. ROUSH parts requiring sheet metal drilling, maybe some exhaust cutting... MBRP sounds good, but boy it sits low and has me worried about dropping it.

I will never knock the LE, great car for the right person. I hope mine finds a great home with someone local. I don't think you should judge anyone unless you know the whole story.
