I know black rims are all the rage now, but I have to say I am past that. Especially in the Mustangs. My fav rim is the 20 inch silver rim that Ford offers. Also some of the non black after market rims are pretty cool. What are other people's opinion?

My favorite thing about my car are the black wheels and black roof against the race red color, I really like black wheels in that combination.

Polished on DIB looks amazing.

I just think it depends on the theme of the car. Blacked out panels, lights, badges and then a bright wheel doesn't work imo. The parts have to compliment each other.

True true. I guess it can be too much if not done right. The other wheel that I like is the California special wheels.

I love the black. Harder for me to tell if they are dirty. Had them on my last few cars- MINI JCW and my little Fiat Abarth.

I am a big fan of black wheels and never would I have considered owning red wheels. I am so glad I took the risk.

Some colors are very well complemented with black wheels, others with "other"
I tried silver wheels on my competition orange paint, didn't like it at all.

I like them both

My stock pp wheels are gloss black but I chose silver and flat black machined faced wheels with winter tires for winter driving....funny I am just as excited changing them from seaon to season..however I give the nod to the black wheels they remind me when I saw the car new and I get that excited new car feeling again.

Just WOW! Super look. Those wouldn't work with my Comp Orange:)

If I could have my stock wheels in a 19x9.5 or 19x10 with the proper offset, I would go it in a heartbeat. Because I can't, I went with MRR M350 in 19x10 square gunmetal. I'm not a big fan of black wheels.

Don't like Black Wheels. It was hard to find a car without them but I did.

It depends on the color of the car. Black wheels look great on some of the blues, reds and oranges. I have a Black GT and have the 20in Ford Foundry wheels, I think they look great, especially on the black car. I may go with gunmetal 6gr wheels in 19in if I start tracking the car. I was considering black wheels for the all blacked out look, but I think I want some contrast between the wheels and the car.

Ugh I got my my PP wheels in Silver as my GT is Black... Black on Black just down right sucks... Will be eventually upgrading to Bronze Rims for my car... I can't stand One color cars... Those drive me insane...

Now if I had like Ruby Red or Comp Orange then I would go Black rims..

I love black wheels. I got the foundry 18" wheels with the car, liked them but felt something was missing. Traded them in for PP wheels and loved those absolutely unfortunately I couldn't have them due to winter and can't maintain 2 sets. So again traded them in for the 18" base gt wheels. I hated those completely but had no choice. Last weekend I plasti-dipped those wheels black and I thought wow they look much better !

I sold my factory 20" rims and kept the rubber to place on these new black rims which i found to work nice with the magnetic gray. I never thought i would buy black rims.
