Black PP with 40% tint

FYI 40% I.e. 35% is the same thing, the manufacturer already tints the windows slightly, reason we get 40% to bring it down to 35%.

Looks awesome, I'm going to be installing 40% on my black SS Sedan soon.

5starr0, I used to live in Charlotte and had 20% on my '99 black gt. I used to take it to a shop on south blvd outside the 485 ring. I used to give them an extra $20 to pass it. I can't remember the name of the shop though. I now live in SC where we don't have inspection so... 15 all around!

i'm from SC but lived 3 years in charlotte...moving back to sc where no inspections is like

not to mention sc is cheaper

I get my tint done next weekend after Tint Solutions in Mooresville wanted to nearly double my agreed upon quote last weekend. Luckily, they did it before I made the drive up there. I am giving a tint a try this time I've never heard of, called MaxPro. Made in the good ole U.S. of A and the installer said he use to use Suntek and likes MaxPro better. I was originally going with Suntek CXP.

40% all around, the windshield has 5% and comes down to 4.75 inches. My state law is 5 inches. this is the 3m crystalline. total cost $302.08

I have always had 15% but now I live in charlotte with inspections so I have to go legal. Would you say that the 40% crystalline is worth it?

not much man just wishing is still lived in SC when it comes to stuff like this lol!! is there any charlotte meets that are happening and I can not find I would like to meet up with some locals! I live in the city and see a few s550's around buyt would like to actually chill with some of them haha

I went to cars and coffee, first saturday of every month at the music factory. Not just mustang but prob 1000+ different kind of cars there. Pro-dyno from SC there who specializes in mustangs was there with a couple of mustangs with dyno results. Was pretty cool, one was close to 800 from what i remember. But a strictly mustang meet, havent run across one.

I'm gonna get 35% all around when the dealership finally gets my rear glass in. Have one of the cars where the rear glass slopes. Wish I could go darker but that's the limit here in nc

hey so I was talking to a tint guy and 35 would not pass inspection bc of the 5 already in the window from manufacturer. that's why the 40 3m crystalline is the best legal choice

that makes sense. Still trying to figure out if i want to go legal or not, cant get anything done until my rear glass comes in
