I am assembling new emergency brake parts (shoes, springs, adjuster, clips, etc.). See photo. The parts kit came with some white lithium grease.
Would brake grease be a better choice to lube the contact points, due to higher temp rating for track use?
I expect that the 2-piece rotor will keep this area cooler than the ring itself.
