(Kilwin's locally here in St. Aug is always pretty fantastic, basically any "boutique" sort of shop will be much better than most big commercial offerings ...)

Pretty much any chocolate that doesn't have filling in the middle. I guess it's a texture thing. But I don't like mushiness. Same with cream/jelly filled donuts.
