Bemaro Steering Wheel Stripe

Getting ready to put on a Bemaro steering wheel stripe over the vinyl center. No instructions, so wanted to check and see if you guys had done it and had any tips?

should it be warm first?
Does it fit (length) in one wrap?
Any surface prep before install?

It's a piece of cake. I just cleaned the leather really good, and let it dry. Just start the overlap of the strap underneath or somewhere not on the front so it doesn't show. Pull tight as you wrap it around. Turned out great. Not cosmic.

I bought the stripe from ZimCraft, and the stripe was the same width as the OEM black stripe thingy.
Since the OEM thingy has a radius on the edges, the ZimCraft stripe was puckered on the edges.
Fortunately, ZimCraft sends two stripes.
I removed the puckered one and used a utility knife on the other one and reduced the width to 0.3" or 19/64" or 7.75 mm or 0.024739 ft. or 0.000004686 miles, or 0.0000000000000000008197 light years, or 77,500,000 angstroms, or 0.406 fingerbreadth.
This is only helpful info if yours puckers like mine did... the Bemaro may behave differently.
