Hello fellow belgistangs.

As ford states they have delivered 1000 mustangs in Belgium I started to wonder where the hell they are?
As to this day I've seen 2, and those were the ones I took for a testride.
So my question (if you don't mind sharing): what region are you all from?

For me: I'm in between Kortrijk, Oudenaarde and Doornik, and I drive around a lot in both West and East Flanders.

Just want to spot some in the wild from time to time.

Hi Dimi, I think they have more than 1000 orders, but far from 1000 car's have been delivered.
I live in Antwerpen, Wilrijk. Some days, I don't see 1, there are days I saw 6 mustangs driving in my area. (All dark colors, black, Magnetic or guard)
I do live next to a big Ford store dealer. So maybe that's why they are sold a lot here in my area.
There are like 3 people in my neighbourhood who already drive one.

For me, still have to wait 4 weeks. :-/

I live in Brussels and my ecoboost fastback in guard color should be delivered in June (fingers crossed) :-)

They are still rare so my guess is that we are far from that thousand at least in therms
of delivered. I live north of Antwerp and don't see many here also but maybe that's a good thing. We don't want them to appear that many as BMW's

Obviously still a lot of those cars haven't even been built yet.

But even when they are all delivered, 1000 cars on a country the size of Belgium that has, what 10 million cars in total? That's still a very rare car.

Mine is incoming. I have seen a few (8 on meetings) and a few in the garage.

Oh wait isn't 10 million the number of inhabitants in Belgium? So not the number of cars, that's probably around 5 million. Still that means by the end of this year only 1 in 5000 cars is a Mustang.

Well that basically means 1000 in Belgium. In the Netherlands there are no more than 50 sales so far and Luxemburg has the size of a stamp.

But anyway, brussels and walonie has a way way wayyyyy higher taxes on our ecoboost (because it's calculated on HP). So the most stangs are for the Flemish part.

I've spotted 3 mustangs so far( a white EB,a ruby red convertible EB and a black GT)

well hello there, ive been watching the forums alot since i got my car
(but only now registered for comment)

I'm from limburg, the Hasselt region, i do admit that my car is mostly for fun in the weekends... besides that i have the Ruby Red ecoboost, my friend has the blue one (region Heusden) my neighbour also has a blue one, and so on... (yea looks like i know alot and maybe the most are delivered in limburg, wereldburger lol)
I have even been in the newspaper with my car:

Hello Belgium (and NL) from a Belgian Mustang fan in the US ! I am originally from Gent.
Nice to hear that the new Mustang has made its way into the BNLX and Europe.
Given the relatively negative tax regime to drive this type of cars in Belgium and the Netherlands, I still hear it is a success in Europe or am I wrong ?
