Has anyone had a constant beep noise from the ecu area in the engine bay. Car started doing this as I prepped it for a wash. An hour or more later, still a constant beep. It beeps every minute it seems. It’s super annoying.

Self destruct sequence initiated..
Hey, I am insured. Maybe it will take the house with it. :)

I read the DTCs. It had a bunch of random codes with no values and no description. It had a brake booster vacuum sensor limit fault, which makes no sense as I haven’t had any CEL and the brakes work great. I also had an exhaust valve code, which the car doesn’t come equipped with anyway. Cleared all codes, and everything but the brake one came right back. The beeping stopped about 10 min after clearing the codes. So odd.

Check your battery voltage , sounds like a relay buzzing in the battery junction box .

The digital readout says it’s ok.

Eh, I try to avoid the dealership unless I know there is a real problem. Still pissed at them over my free first service where they decided to short me 2 quarts of oil.

My gut tells me it's the purge valve. Next time I have to go in for something I'll have them take a look.
