mine is on it's way on a train somewhere in ON

got it from richport ford. val has been 100% no bullshit and zero nonsense

new west would not pre-order in sept, said they can't do pre orders

all the vancouver dealers wanted to sell me 2014, mark up or not honour current promo that they all advertise

I've no experience with ford dealers otherwise.

Strange on the pre order, my guy at Brown Brothers kept me in the loop and called the moment I could order, made it there on Aug 5.

yea that's the kind of BS i experienced as well.

you can see their stock they have 2 GTs delievered, one 2 days ago. I'm guessing the black GT is what is being paraded at the other dealerships in town.

There's going to be a lot of intentory delieved to all the dealers with EDD 12/05 ~around next two week

I'm going to post this again as a new thread in the Canada forum in case anyone can
take advantage of the offer —

got a call from John at Richport Ford telling me Ford has a Black Friday $750 discount
deal lasts thru Monday Dec 1st.

while talking with John he told me his dealership has a 'free tires for life' to new buyers
tire replacement is what came with the car.
I mention this because it makes me wonder what other sorts of benefits one dealer may
have over another, besides who might provide the best price deal when buying the car.

also I've got 'turbo envy'. I want a convertible and think the V6 with 3.55 axle, nothing else,
will do me. the Ecoboost tho has me envious since it will always be faster than the 6 .
but there's also the Driving Mode feature the Eco has, variable suspension not available on
the 6. think I'd prefer the cloth seats but do like the tan/saddle leather color, leather only.
the 3.55 in the 6 costs $500 , but in the Eco has to be purchased with the PP, $3,605 .
there's a $9K difference between the the 2 'base' cars, $12K for the 3.55 in the Eco.
I'm having a hard time justifying the extra $9K, but could live without the 3.55 in the Eco.

decisions, decisions, decisions

speaking of that deal, you think they'd add to my existing september employee pricing + costco discount?
