I won't go above 18" , which I believe is the sweet spot for performance/comfort
you should be able to get a dealer to do a tire change, which might include an extra charge
depending what you're exchanging. not sure about changing rim sizes, tho they're still likely
to do something to get the...
I agree about the leather, hard to justify ripping out the cloth seats especially as it's as much to
change the color as anything else for me.
what I wonder about is all the cockpit distractions. I've never owned a Mustang and spring last
year was when I started looking at them, focused on the...
Thanks Ryan
I'm going to buy a V6 and not sure yet just how much I want to change the interior
can buy leather seats tho it seems a waste to change the cloth, would like to liten the interior
the steering wheel doesn't look like leather on the 6 and would like a tan color, they can be
changed...
Ryan, nice job on the stitching, big improvement
is it possible to replace the leather on the wheel with a different color, or
is that a job for a professional ?
All-weather tires were introduced about 3 years ago, just learnt about them today :D
"All-weather tires carry the Transport Canada pictograph of mountain peaks containing
several snowflakes. This logo indicates these tires pass the test as a “snow/winter” tire.
The important difference is...
phil1336: asked Zackmd1 about removing them, he thought there'd be a loss of power on the bottom end,
so wouldn't remove them.
yep, the warranty is the first consideration - for me, but it's not stopping a lot of owners from modding and
giving their cars tunes.
I wouldn't be interested in the EB or the PP on the V6 .
I want a V6 convertible, manual and will buy the 3.55 axle. I also want 18" wheels and it seems
the best way is to buy the Ford package that also includes the power seats.
I want Michelin Pilot Super Sport Summer tires. I'll buy extra...
delete.
I'm a big fan of the hood and side air scoops and rear spoiler on all the New Edge Mustangs.
saw a Roush scoops etc kit for the '15 and thought it Ugly.
I think the '15 Mustang body design is so complete it doesn't need anything added to it and
it would have to be something very good...
cosmo: no, not really interested in performance over and above.
if I were I'd in theory buy a GT since I presume, that'll out perform the EB.
hopefully long term the EB engine will stand up to all the mods.
phil1336: via dealers in the Vancouver, BC area. low is $1,200 , high is $1,500 and...
phil1336: I can get leather for C$1,200 .
jholtz: 'foreign' in the sense of not Mustang pedigree, a newcomer.
mpg: well over 30 regardless of the variables you mention.
wireless: " I'm getting ~300 miles per tank " / 15.5 gallon gas tank capacity = 19.35 mpg ???
the EcoBoost is a bit of an odd ball, a Mustang body with a 'foreign' engine dropped in it.
unfortunately the way Ford are selling the convertibles, the EB costs more than I'm prepared to spend.
but I'm more surprised that the mpg isn't higher. I was expecting owners to be reporting 30+ mpg and...
that's interesting.
think it could be done by programming a tune ?
there'd have to be an on-the-go on/off switch.
makes me wonder if someone will program a Modes settings for the V6 , and why not.
could the change from MAF to Speed Density have anything to do with the drop in the V6's bhp ?
just curious, which method does the EcoBoost use ?
if you're like me and don't know what MAF and Speed Density are:
general comparison...
