Just received a pair of these bad boys for my birthday from my gf and was wondering if anyone had any tips on installing these. Really don't want to pay to have it done. Is there anything I need to prep the headers. I'm not mechanically inclined and this is the first car I am modding.

Very cool birthday gift however if you're not mechanically inclined this is not a good mod for you to do yourself. Google BBK 3.7 header install.

I've googled it with no luck. Most videos I find are mostly reviews and the actual install is lacking.

You probably already did it but if you haven't, buy a mechanics toolbox and do it yourself. I installed them yesterday in about 4 hrs. It's a slow task and be prepared to have your patience tested. It's very possible to do though. The biggest difference I noticed was sound. The cabin has a beautiful tone to it. I don't even use my stereo anymore because of how much I like it. Power isnt that noticeable but I'm getting 2mpg better than before so that's a plus.

Do your passenger side headers cause the catalytic converter to rub against the side wall next to it?
