The question is, I have a 2017 Roush RS3 and I have the VMP's BAP.
I recent went with the Roush Phase 2 for the 2017, but did not use the Roush BAP.
I can only assume the VMP will do the same job as the Roush spec'd BAP.
Thanks

I don’t think they’re all the same. Some, I believe, remain at increased voltage 100% of the time, whereas others only add increased voltage at 3/4 throttle and up. The latter is intended to save on unnecessary wear and tear on the fuel pump.

Like NGO said, some maintain the elevated voltage all the time, which can result in loss of pump life. I think the preferred BAP is the JMS, when driving around it just uses normal voltage, only elevates the voltage when you go WOT.

Correct! That’s the one I’m running in my car and I have no complaints.

I seen to remember. Was it Kenny Bell, that did a test on BAPS, full voltage all the time and 18 volts when needed, and I think there was no difference in the life. It's been a while since I read that. But I was just wondering about this set up.
Thank

The only one that doesn’t step up voltage full time, is the JMS unit. Other than that model, they are all the same.
They are just DC/DC converters.
