Base rear valance options?

Are there any rear diffusers or options for us with base bumpers? Ive been holding off buying a premium bumper but options are looking bleak.

I'm thinking of upgrading to the premium myself. Do you or anyone know if they are interchangeable? Do I need to buy extra hardware or can I use the parts.
