Base radio sub problem

Hi guys, I had a aftermarket sub added to my base 2017 radio and now when i turn up the volume after a few minutes all of the speakers fade out. Has anyone ever dealt with this problem before?

what wires did you tap into for your signal? i used a LOC on my rear speakers and have had ZERO issues or complaints.
