Correction; The number on that shock is the "engineering" number, not the actual part number. Ask your Ford parts guy to look up a base Shelby front shock for the number, description, and interchange, if any.

Actual part # is FR3V 18045, i sent that number to a buddy of mine who works for Ford. We'll see what he says.

Please let us know what he says.
Looks like the part # that combustor posted was the right one. This was confirmed to me by Benny from Levittown Ford. Here is his reply:

Hi Dan,

A GT350 without magnaride uses FR3Z-18124-U front struts and FR3Z-18125-P rear shocks

Let me know if you need any other info
-Benny

Now we just need to find the specs of said dampers. What would be Jamaal Hameedi's e-mail ?
Stay tuned.

I'd be cautious, the front uprights are unique to the GT350, as is the rest of the front suspension
True but I'm nearly certain the points for the strut mounting are the same. That said, one can pick up the FRPP track handling shock/strut pack for less than these. The GT, even the PP, is pretty underdamped, especially in rebound control.

$166 for the front strut is pretty damn good price. I would love to try these out but i don't know if it will fit my gt.
