Base 2015 MFT upgrade

What is required to upgrade a base 2015 4" to 8" MFT. I have the radio/screen/ premium bezzel is there anything else needed. Also how do you get track mode switch to work once the premium bezzel is installed.

Activating the Drive Mode toggles can be done using Forscan once you install the 8” bezel.
