Ok guys with this being my first Mustang I want to get your feedback on this. After getting some of the basic bolt-ons(exhaust, CAI, throttle body spacer, etc...) are bama's mail tunes reliable? I know they are known for there massive gains but in the long run will it still be safe to run a 93 octane tune from them? I don't know much about the tuning world so please give me as much info as possible. I plan on doing FBO first before going Forced induction so I would like to get your feed back on this. I will be definitely doing a dyno tune for forced induction so Bama tunes will be temporary for about a year. Thanks everyone.

FWIW I had to dial back to 91 octane tunes from Bama because we couldn's solve the knocking I was getting. Only had CAI and catback. But then it was 40k miles of smooth sailing.

I'll have their tune on my 2015 as well. Already ordered.

You'll see a lot of mixed reviews on them. From all I've read sean @ AED is a solid choice. Hes actually refused to tune some cars datalogged with AM tunes because of suspected damage already done.

Brian, check out Lund racing and Power by the Hour in West Palm. I've heard on multiple occasions they're the best of the best. I'll be having then dyno tune mine specific to my mods once I get to that point.

Yea I've heard great things about Power by the hour. I just don't know how much they will charge for each time I want to dyno tune it after every new bolt-on.

Revolution Auto is offering remote tuning now as well. They have a lot of impressive cars on the road.

For whatever it's worth I heard Lund racing tunes for max power with no regard to a safe or reliable tune. Never heard a bad thing about AED, and he is VERY concerned with providing a safe and reliable tune. There is a local tuner here with a great reputation, Dan Carlson @ Realspeed automotive who went to dyno tune an AED remotely tuned car, and said the tune was already perfect so there wasn't really anything more he could do with it. Definitely hasn't been the case when he has dyno tuned over other tunes such as Bama...

Bama Performance writes safe and reliable tunes that are going to be as powerful and perform as fast as any other tune on the market. The new Bama Performance lead calibrator and his team are already breaking down records with our 2015 and they've built some crazy high-horsepower Mustangs in the past few months.

They'll work with you to datalog and make sure that you get exactly what you're looking for out of a custom tune. I would put their tunes up against any other on our dyno, at the track and on the street.

The Bama Performance team has tuned more Mustangs than any aftermarket tuner in the world and they stand behind their product. If you want to check out more about who Bama is, how they tune and their process, check out their new site:

http://www.BamaPerformance.com

Bama uses both an in-house Dynojet and Mustang Dyno as well as countless hours street and track testing to make sure that they put out a quality product that is consistent, powerful, reliable, driveable and safe.

Thanks for the order! You'll love the 2015 stuff that Bama is working on. Their new lead calibrator is awesome and I think you'll see the quality of their tunes are insane these days.

Check out what they're doing with their GT and EcoBoost tune videos, track records, etc. They're on the front of 6G here and you can always watch a ton of Bama 2015 videos at http://www.youtube.com/americanmusclevideos

Bama has a new tunner. And this guy is much better than the old guy that used to do them.

What about export Mustangs? The Euro GT versions have less HP, only 410 HP. Can they be tuned too? The gains would be massive!
