From these pictures it appears that this is in a rail yard or some sort of cargo staging/loading area. I would conclude that this occurred while loading the car onto the carrier as there are no tie downs present. I would imagine the damage is minimal, relatively speaking. A new sideskirt and possible a bumper respray looks to be all that is necessary. Regardless of what the damage is, however, it is an unfortunate accident and hopefully will be resolved quickly and in manner that is satisfactory for all parties (Ford, the dealership, and the customer (if this is an customer car)).
