BAD CLUTCH VIBRATION

Think my clutch finally gave up on me, been speculating for a while since i have alot of clutch chatter but last night I drove the car a bit hard.
When I got home i let it sit for a bit then I noticed when I would try to put the car in 1st gear and engage the clutch it would shake violently, and what sounds like metal on metal banging same with reverse. Other than that, car shifts fine and there is no grinding. Anyone else have this issue and can confirm it’s clutch related or can it be the transmission mounts.

Sounds like clutch to me. Does it shift easily when the car is not running? Does it start in gear sluggishly and want to roll? When running and in gear while afopped, is it hard to pull out of gear fo Neutral?
