Some good news to report, firstly my replacement car was built on 12th July and by 21st July VISTA was showing it located at US docks Baltimore. Checked the shipping site regularly but so far still no record found.
Another development is that I went for a test drive last week and there in the showroom was my originally ordered incorrect spec car, like rubbing salt in it.
I put in an email request to my dealer that as a gesture of goodwill and my missing the best of the summer could they change all four tyres on delivery to MPSS.
To my pleasant surprise they have agreed to do this for me.
My faith in Trustford has increased enormously and no doubt all the threads in here about P-Zeros and Ford UK reading them has helped
