I dont ever go to the internet to spread bad will but these guys put me over the edge. There is a TL:DR at the end

The car went in for brakes, a deformed decklid, and puddle lamps. I bring it in 8am thursday after making an appointment weeks in advance bc i knew i would have to wait for the decklid to come in on an order.

I call up late friday and ask how things are going, they tell me it went to the body shop to get the decklid done ok fine maybe the shop is in saturdays and something will be done. Well they call me right back and say oops it never went there. Ok fine it can have the brakes finished in the meantime. well no bc the tech wont be there...... ok so i pick it up as i need it for work and i plan to drop it back off monday at 8am when i get off my shift.

I drop it off monday and ask to please prioritize the brakes now that the tech is around but if parts need to be ordered send it to the body shop to get the decklid done. I call back Wednesday to see how things are doing " Oh hi Mr Souldriver, yes the car is still in the lot, we ordered the brakes and are waiting for the parts to come in before sending it out to the body shop. why! the service assistant said i stated not to do anything else until the brakes are done. she also kept telling me the parts department was closed and the tech was gone each time i called, all lies. its sitting in there lot for a week before the brakes come in and they send it to the body shop out friday at 3pm or so.

At this point i need the car back for work again so i call the body shop and i pick it up from them, great guys and ford guys on top of it. I grab it and surprise the tank is empty.

I look at it when i get home, it is absolutely COVERED in filth and grime. When i say covered i mean i wiped my hand on the side of the car and it looked like i put my hand in an ash pit after a bonfire. When i dropped the car off it was clean, i cleaned it the day before but it had some water spots because it drizzled overnight while i was at work. This infuriated me because i take hours to detail my car. Clay, wash wax polish and seal, the whole deal and it looks fucking glass coated, and my back takes a beating. On top of this there are clear mud splash spots behind the wheels and a nice new paint chip i could see walking up to my car from my front door.

I try to keep calm and after dropping it off again to get the puddle lamps finished i bring it up when it took nearly another week. This time i needed to speak to the service manager i point everything out to him and he denies it, i whip out the pictures of the car spotless at drop off. He calls the body shop to have them do a spot touch up. It gets done and is ok but looking at it close you can tell there was something big there.

I now get home and backup into the driveway and it hits me, the backup camera lines are gone. what the fuck. I once again try to stay calm and think ok i dont have to go back there. I go to wash the car and im noticing the water isnt beading right. The car got so grimed up all the wax and polishing i did for hours was eroded away and now there is nothing. There is dirt embedded in the paint again and i have to spend the 8+hours i need to reclay, wash, wax and polish it all from scratch. This isnt cheap stuff i would do a clay in the spring and it would always be good. I would then do one last wash and wax before winter and it would last through a daily driven NY winter no problem.

This tore it for me. Ill be reaching out to the regional office if i can as well. They left my car in a much worse state then i dropped it off in and caused me to have to redo hours of work.

The TL:DR

- Had the car over 2 weeks for minor repairs and was lied to when asking for updates. This time also could of been halved
- Car sat out during this time in 90+ degree weather and was returned covered in dirt and grime when i got it back, so much so the polish and wax were eroded
- Chip in the paint
- Backup Cam lines are gone

I also believe, but dont know for sure, some of the plastic interior started to bend and warp from the heat, i can see the white foam behind the mid door inserts now.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this service center.
