Ok so, after a horrible/on going experience with Hasset Ford. Im looking to see what other ford service centers are actually ok to bring my car to for warranty work. I dont think I can expect extraodinary work from a ford service center but I want one that will not lie to me and write on my cars paint with car marker, especially to highlight an extremely apparent issue.

The next closest to me seems to be levittown ford but im willing to travel a little bit.

Bought my car at Hassett. When there was a recall for the fuel tank shielding, they were impossible. Promised to order parts and then schedule, but I never heard back from them. Called three weeks later and thay copped a nasty attitude with me. Brought it to Newins out in Bay Shore. They scheduled the recall right away. I then had an issue with the clutch slave cylinder leaking. Brought it to Newins. They had the car for over a month waiting for parts. Finally got it back and two weeks later the whole clutch pedal assembly loosened up and they tried to blame the plastic clutch pedal extender I had on the car, ridiculous . I am hoping I will not need any more warranty service, Sayville Ford will be my next attempt.
If you try Levittown, let me know how they are.

i went to hasset firet bc there was a gentleman by the name of John that did a lot of mustang work himself (had his own garage with a few lifts, used to work at mustang magic had a friend he did a ton of work for and came highly recommended) i found out last time i was at hasset that he no longer is at hasset and is most likely at Sayville ford now. I would try there but it is a hike and i would need the ride back to massapequa.

I was thinking levittown bc they do mustang car shows and theyre parts depart does seem to have more ford racing parts than usual. Both are totally irrelevant to a good service department but i can hope.

I used to run partd for syosset/huntington ford and they seemed ok, but i had to quit there in a hurry (i did this when i was laid off anf i got a new job) so i dont feel the most comfortable there.

What is the use of a warranty if there is no where to service it and most times they screw up the work or leave the car in worse condition than jt was. I just really looked at my car today and it was covered in filth after just a week there. Im dreading brining it back for them to finish this round up, my solice is that the rest of the work is being done by a body shop who is a huge ford guy, he has his own 700hp lightening.
