Avid Tuning Device - Help setting up gauges please

Hello,

I have my Avid Tuner and tunes by Shoemaker. Everything went great with that. I have the gauge config they sent for the data logging. But I was hoping to set up my own configuration with gauges of my choice. I can’t figure out how to. Emailed Shoemaker asking if it had to be a configuration setup from the tuner, but they said I should be able to do it myself. Searched the forum, web and YouTube but all I could find was how to load a config from your tuner. Nothing on how to set up your own. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

not yet, where still tuning through HPtuners, My tuner, when everything is set, will show me how to set the gauges, just bump me next month or so.

Thank you. Now I know why I avoided this device. It looked great from the beginning but was as big as a house and now I know it doesn’t work.

not sure if this is what you are looking for but from the gauges screen you can highlight any of the gauges(tap on it and the edges turn white) and when you have the bottom pop up menu for datalogging up it has an option on the right side that brings up another menu to swap out that specific gauge tile for a different gauge or adjust units of measure.

haven't messed around with removing any to see if the ones that are left fill the screen larger as I still have a couple of asks for wengerd. it's kind of a busy screen with 12 different gauges at once. 4 would be preferential.

You may consider unplugging AVID device and then plugging back in and rebooting it for the best results.

It works fine, OP just didn't watch the video instructions that come with the device...
